    …if you have this book that is! Being relaxed and free of stress and anxiety is a simple concept. Like staying positive and being happy. But yet for some reason most of us don’t have the first clue how to actually do it. It is not like flipping a switch. You have to practice at it. You can use simple tools to give you a base to start from. Some guidance and techniques that are simple and easy to follow. Focusing, Breathing, Visualization, Diet and Exercise and more are all included. PS I stumbled upon this book after purchasing this author’s Guide to Yoga and its Health Benefits (which I highly recommend as well). I have a review for that book on here as well. These books are well written, easy to follow and informative.

    I have been dealing with a lot of stress the past year, and always looking for ways to manage it. All the doctors say is..I can give you something to take the edge off, but when you have a full time job that you don’t want to lose, you have to be on your game. They don’t give you the tools to work with it. After going through this book I have used the techniques suggested and I am already feeling better. If you suffer from stress as I do, you need to have this information and USE it.

    There is a lot of value slowing down and taking things in, this book shows you how to control your stress and focus on being relaxed and healthy. I highly recommend that anyone who would rate this book under 5 stars go back and give it another read. It will change your life.
