I found this book to be extremely insightful and inspirational. As a counselor working with teens and young adults, I am often looking for resources to help educate and support them. This book does an excellent job of telling real life stories that are relatable and offers hope that things can get better. It provides very practical and easy to use tools to help explain and navigate through difficult thoughts and emotions. I will definitely be sharing this book with friends, clients, and coworkers.

I found this book to be an easy to read self-help book that provides simple solutions to the many difficulties faced in everyday life. Jonathan has a way of referring back to his own life that leaves one thinking “if he can do it, so can I.” He did a great job expressing the need for help if suicidal thoughts occur as well as the need for young readers to seek help as early as possible.

To all who struggle with life daily, know you can overcome and this book will help you get there.

I found this book to be a great read! Very easy to follow and very informative. He provided so many real life examples along with great ways to deal with situations that arise in everyone’s life. I could identify with many of the things the author said and it was great to read a book where it felt like the author was speaking just to me. He brings a very personalized approach to self help and self love, which I think a lot of books are lacking these days. I would highly recommend this book!

Anxiety attacks are no joke, and when someone is having one its pretty scary. You may not have them or understand what they are like, but for the person going through it, it can feel like the world is ending. Arm yourself with this helpful e-book on what anxiety attacks are, how to help someone who is having one, and how to avoid having one yourself. There are lots of ways to get rid of the stress of day to day life, so as to preempt the anxiety. Exercise, enough sleep, and a good diet are just a start. The book also talks about seeking professional help, and what to do if you get that far. There are also many other resources listed in the back of the book that can be of service! A really good read to help diffuse the stress before the attack sets in.

This book was a great introduction to anxiety attacks as well as some understanding as to how to cope with them. The author does a great job describing what anxiety attacks are and how they could be brought on, as well as the symptoms experienced by one having anxiety attacks. There are tips on how to relieve overall anxiety and stress with exercise and other means. The author also helps one decide if outside professional help is necessary or if some of the self-help techniques would be sufficient.

If you know someone in your life who has issues with anxiety then you need to get this book. It isn’t easy to deal with them nor is it easy to deal with those you care about that have them. I highly recommend it!
