    It was worthwhile reading the book. It contains practical suggestions and tips on how to overcome anxiety, insecurity, being fearful, and to live a life not gripped by these negative elements. The book will at least give you the start toward the journey to recovery. It however, lacks depth and a more detailed scientific and psychological discussions on anxieties, insecurities, shyness and other disorders. There was a suggestion however that seems a big question to me, about “repeating it to calm yourself” (topic – “bore yourself calm”). Also, about listening to music to combat anxiety, etc, , I could definitely attest with all my heart that listening to gospel, Christian songs is the best and most soothing way. Still, to be honest, a book like this is a welcome addition to my knowledge.

    We all know that anxiety can bring so much problems not just on our health, but also on our career. It’s great to have a guidance not only from your trusted physician but also reading stuffs and books like this one. It’ll surely help you with overcoming anxiety and stress. There are some who were not being adviced by professionals in this book and I find it very helpful. The tips and method on how to stop anxiety from coming back is quite simple and yet, effective. I don’t have problems with me having anxiety yet, but it’s great to learn and know how to prevent it from coming. There are also natural remedies and daily habits to practice to help you gradually overcome anxiety.

    With the today’s world where people are judged by what they can do, it is not a mystery people always experience anxiety. There’s nothing wrong for feeling anxious if it is just a little and it will motivate you to be better.However, it is difficult to constantly feel anxious and hindrance your development. Hence, help like the book is need to control them. From the description to how to lessen your anxiety, the book does not make you anxious that you are reading a book like this. It does not also dictates which makes someone self-conscious so it is a good thing.
