    I was very impressed when I started reading this book on the depth it goes into about depression, the different types of depression, and what causes depression among so many people. It gives great advice on how to help and how to fight depression. I especially enjoyed the mindful meditation and how to use this to help. If you are struggling or know someone who is, I highly recommend to have a read of this book!
