    Insecurity has been the biggest problem in relationships ever since I first started dating, so many, many years ago. I can remember in junior high school comparing myself to other guys, thinking I wasn’t as good as them. This book is actually a 31 day plan. I read through it entirely in one session. I have found several of the ideas to be very helpful already.

    I’ve set a goal for this new year to really work on overcoming my issues with insecurity. Today I have started on day one in this book and will continue the daily lessons for the next 31 days.

    I had never really thought about much of my insecure behavior was was reaction to how someone I was in a relationship with was treating me. For most of my life I’ve internalized my feelings and felt insecure about who I am. In other words, I have always thought that my insecurity issues were a direct result of me not thinking I am as good as someone else…etc. This book really opened my eyes to the fact that sometimes people can be abusive in relationships and it really isn’t my insecurities. This book has really opened my eyes to see that not all of the problems I’ve had in relationships have stemmed from me being insecure.

    This is a great book! A huge thanks to the author for making a positive impact on my life!

    This book is a daily guide for overcoming insecurity issues. It’s very obvious that the author has wrestled with issues that surround being insecure and has learned how to overcome many challenges that we insecure people are faced with every day. I followed this guide every day and have focused on the author’s suggested ideas for things that I might need to change in order to not be so insecure in what I can do or while being around other people. This book has made a huge difference in how I think about myself and how I conduct myself in social gatherings. These tips on how to stop being insecure are excellent!

    There’s a method the author reveals about how to get unlimited Kindle books on any subject for FREE in this book. I have to say that this idea alone has paid for this book many times over. I’ve downloaded free Kindle books on all sorts of subjects related to being insecure. I’ve studied about jealousy and self esteem and done this without having to purchase books.

    This is an excellent book!

    My husband is very insecure. I found this book to be an excellent read for someone who has insecurity issues in relationships. The tips are geared toward helping someone who has issues with not feeling good enough, comparing themselves to others or the person who has problems with jealousy or trusting their spouse or partner. I didn’t read this book for me. I actually read this Kindle book so that I could understand why my spouse is such a pain in my…sometimes. The concepts the author shares have really helped me understand my husband better. It’s funny, I got this book to understand my spouse better, but while reading it I discovered that I too have some really deeply rooted issues with feeling insecure in my life. Somewhere around the sixteenth day in this book I realized that I am much of the problem in our relationship, the problems we are having are not all related to my spouses insecurity issues. One of the things this author suggested was to start keeping a journal. I did that early into reading this book. I can say that this has helped me see more clearly what role I’ve been playing in the troubles we have been having in our relationship. This book has a lot of really good information in it to help someone who is dealing with insecurity, trust or jealousy issues in their relationships.
