    Takes awhile to get into, but beneficial for the chronically stressful occupations.
    Does the privilege of your employment that you enjoy after years of education conflict with the poison of dealing with the ungrateful and mean clients once you reach your goal?
    What about that job that you pour your heart and soul into and the salary doesn’t compensate you nearly for the grief you endure?
    We need a way to live our mission and still sustain our courage and inner joy.
    We need an immunization against the viral negativity each week, so it doesn’t eat the spirit….
    We must first care for ourselves, build ourselves an impenetrable fortress of safety to protect our inner core from the destructive woes of others brought upon us.

    Love the art and illustrations throughout the book. I had issues handling stress at work, but this book definitely helps. Also not just work, but every day issues; you can apply this books method for virtually any stressful situation. Great Read!
