    Anxiety is one of the mental illness that I cannot control enough until I had read this book. I’ve been dealing with anxiety attacks every time I go on stage, I participate in class, getting interviewed or just being stared at in general. I hate having people paying attention to me. It gives me the thoughts of them hating me or something that could think of me being judged in a bad way. I hate being complimented it makes me think they’re being sarcastic and I can’t accept such thing because my self esteem is very low. So I guess I can’t live without having those thoughts in my brain all the time. It’s time to find help and deal with it. The content of this book was very well written. Props to the author for having this bare in mind to help people facing this kind of issue in their daily lives.

Each chapter is well written explaining each aspect of anxiety and self management. The simple and effective meditation techniques help me on how to boost self-confidence and some starting points for freeing myself from social anxiety. This book still contained useful information on how to manage anxiety and panic attacks. This is one great book to read and I will have it recommended. Thanks.
