    One of the best books I read on the topic. Both professional and written in a good style. Although it is at places very technical it is backed up with plenty of examples, and this is its strength. I have met many people with anxiety disorders in my life and I was very often confused by not knowing how to approach & eventually help them. If you are in such a situation, you can find the answers for your doubts and expanded questions in this book. You will learn how the anxiety disorders are classified and what exactly anxiety is. Moreover, if you are willing to help your friends or you are dealing with anxiety yourself, you will read about few major approaches to curing it: cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, hormone therapy, overcoming anxiety through meditation, using NLP in therapy and making use of mindfulness techniques to tackle panic and anxiety. I recommend the book.

    Like what had the author experience before, I am once a victim also of anxiety and until now there are times that I suffered panic attacks. It’s truly tough to the point that I felt there’s no more cure and will suffer from this kind of disorder all my life. It’s relieving when you know that you’re not the only person to have this and there are people who will understand and ready to take you up from this nightmare. I am truly grateful that the author shared this book to all of us because it’s perfect and very useful. Reading this will surely ease your pain and somehow feels comfortable. The author does a really great job explaining how to really make a change and a difference in your life by just believing in yourself and following the seven steps and strategies. Now I know how to take my ideas and dreams, and take them from just visions that would never be possible to an actual reality that I can live in and work on every day. I love that the techniques used because I’d never used that method before and it honestly works better than anything else I’ve tried to stay motivated and see results. Great job for the author!

    We have all heard about anxiety, there is healthy anxiety when we worry about the exam results or bus being late, but there is also anxiety which is very uncomfortable and disproportionate. We have to learn why sometimes when we lead normal life, suddenly it becomes very uncomfortable.
    The book starts with explaining what anxiety is, anxiety disorder, kinds of anxiety disorders, why do people suffer social anxiety disorder..
    The good thing is for people who suffer from anxiety disorder, to face their anxiety, they have to get exposed to presumed danger in order to see how much harm it will come out of it.
    The result is none!
    There are natural ways to deal with anxiety like taking chamomile, lavender, lemon balm.. Nice guide about healing anxiety and panic attacks!
